AVAILABLE SERVICES
Legal Forms and Packets
Staff Can
- • Give information on a court case (if available by law).
- • Give general information on rules, procedures, and practices.
- • Provide court-approved forms and packets.
- • Provide calendars and scheduling instructions.
Staff Cannot
- • Tell you what to say in court or what a judge might do.
- • Provide advice on whether to file or take specific actions.
- • Collect a judgment or serve papers for you.
- • Facilitate private communication with a Judge.
Legal Notice
Court staff cannot act as your attorney. If you choose to represent yourself in court, you will have the same responsibilities as an attorney.
