NOTICE IS HEREBY PROVIDED, that effective January 1, 2024, the Official Organ of Fulton County, Georgia for official or legal advertising shall be changed from the Fulton County Daily Report to the South Fulton Neighbor newspaper. From and after January 1, 2024, all official organ advertising required by law in Fulton County shall be published in the South Fulton Neighbor.

This Notice is provided pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. 9-13-142© and shall be published in the Fulton County Daily Report on the following dates. December 6, 2023, December 13, 2023, and December 27, 2023.
A copy of this Notice shall also be provided to the Georgia Secretary of State as required by the provisions of O.C.G.A. 9-13-142(e).
