The State Court of Fulton County will never call, text, or email demanding immediate payment for traffic citations, missed jury duty, or failure to appear.

Fraudulent notifications are currently circulating across the region targeting citizens via text links and fake physical layout documents. Protect your personal data and financial security.

Text Scams: The Court does not initiate text message chains requiring direct card processing.
QR Codes: Official physical notices will never direct you to settle an outstanding court fine using an embedded QR barcode.
Solicitations: Never surrender online banking profiles, secure routing paths, or immediate gift card configurations to phone solicitors.
