Parties participating in remote proceedings and persons viewing live streams of such proceedings are reminded of the prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting court proceedings. Uniform Superior Court Rule 22(C)-(D). Any recording of a court proceeding held by video or teleconference, including “screen-shots” or other visual copying is prohibited absent prior approval of the judge presiding over the proceeding.
