The Civil Division manages civil disputes of any monetary amount. This includes garnishments, landlord‑tenant matters, foreclosures, and other actions that are not under the exclusive authority of the Superior Court. The division is responsible for filing cases and maintaining records to support the fair and timely resolution of civil matters.
