Application Schedule
Important: Applications for 2027 open in October 2026. Links are removed in December to ensure timely processing.
1. Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and a citizen of the United States.
- Must have no record of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude.
- Background & Notary: Application requires a notarized certification and a mandatory background check.
- Background Check Verification: Reports must be completed within 2 weeks of submission and bear an official agency seal.
- Required Training: Proof of Georgia Certified Process Server 12-Hour Pre-Certification Training.
- State Examination & CE Rule: Proof of a passing score on the Georgia Certified Process Server State Examination.
- Attorney Endorsement: Applicants must provide a notarized Endorsement Affidavit signed by a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
- Code of Conduct: Applicants must sign and attach the Official Code of Conduct to their application.
- Georgia Domicile: A legible copy of a valid Georgia Driver’s License must be included.
