Notice Regarding Municipal Court Bind‑Over Case Processing

Municipal Court bind‑over cases are sent directly to the Fulton County Solicitor General for review and a charging decision. If the Solicitor General decides to file your case in State Court, you will receive notice of your court date by U.S. mail at the address they provide to us, typically the address listed on your citation.

Once a case is filed in State Court, you may submit a change of address to the Clerk’s Office. You may also opt to receive text messages and email notifications once your case has been created in our system. We recommend checking our online records portal periodically to see whether a case has been initiated.
